I think he's doing a decent job. The signings have been good so far except maybe De Graaf and he has made Bamba the player he is today. If he has to resign i would make him the club scout.

I would agree that on the whole he's made good signings, but if anything that's a reflection on the increased budget he's had in comparison to the 3 or 4 guys before him.

3 of the players you mentioned are all well known in the scottish game. You don't need to be a good scout to come up with guys like that. I always thought a good scout was somebody who recognised potential in youngsters or players from the lower leagues. It must be easy being a scout for a team like Barcelona or Real Madrid.
