    Appealing mcbrides red card

I havent heard anything regards hibs appealing against mcbrides red card.I think there is a deadline for this is there not.Or do we still wait until the ref says he got it right and not to waste your money appealing even though every hack and observer thought it irdiculous.

Said in the daily ****** that clubs had to appeal by 1PM Monday and that Hibs hadn't appealed.

the best Hibs could have done was have his red turned into a yellow which considering he had already been booked would have resulted in a sending off anyway.

I thought the red cards were harsh for both players but McBride was stupid to get involved as he was carrying a yellow anyway.

It was against The Huns, appeal would not have succeeded. Let's keep our powder dry for a more realistic opportunity. I missed McBride's earlier booking, when did that happen?

McBride hadn't already been booked, Miller had.

Would we have risked a harsher punishment if the appeal had failed?

Don't think so. England can increase bans there if they think appeal is frivolous, but I think a violent conduct red card there gives a 3 match ban to begin with. Do't think the same applies in Scotland.

    Cheers.

Was thinking last night how much I'd have loved McBride to break into the robot dance just after he rapped the ball clean off that cheating Hun ****.
