How come we don't have a game in the CIS tonight or tomorrow? I noticed Celtic, rangers or utd don't have games either? Is this somethig to do with the top 4 in the spl get a bye?

Yep your definately missing something. All the teams you mention have qualified for the European competitions and therefore dont enter till the next round.
