Gers signing Beattie

At 32, he's probably past his peak now but it's still a pretty good signing for them.
Quite gutted that they've managed to get him.

Half decent signing wonder if it means they are not signing the guy from Rapid. Sure he will score in the SPL however cant remember the last time he has actually scored regularly for anyone and a bit injury prone.

That's an ideal replacement for Boyd despite his age, bit gutted by that.

1 goal every 3 league games? None too shabby. He's big, burly and relatively mobile. He'll score plenty of goals up here unfortunately.

Panic Merchants out in force again. He'll be another Francis Jeffers for them.

Funnily enough the much maligned Colin Nish has a goal record of 1 in every 3 games.

Decent enough short-term signing for the Huns. Likely to score goals up here, but tbh i'd fancy myself to hit 15-20 a season playing up front for Rantic in domestic football.

and if you take his spell at everton out of the equation, i'd imagine he get's a lot more than 1 in 3.
he'll get plenty in the spl

If they can keep him fit, he'll be there or thereabouts in the running to be SPL top scorer come May time.

Decent player scored for fun for Sheff Utd when he was there
think he will do well there and score a few goals.
If he can score for fun in the championship i don't think the SPL will be a problem for him
