    European club rankings

Was just looking at this and was surprised that we are 45 ranking above Maribor. Seeing as they have been in europe regularly, i thought they'd be above us.

    We are 186th
    Maribor - 231st
    Dundee Utd - 181st
    Motherwell - 180th
    Hearts - 171st
    Aberdeen = 122nd (all down to 07/08)
    Celtic - 42nd
    Rangers - 31st

    Some clubs below us -

    188 - AIK Stockholm
    193 - Slovan Bratislava
    199 - IFK Gothenburg
    203 - Hadjuk Split
    266 - Vetra vilnius
    288 - FBK Kaunus

Don't let the Yams see this. 15 places above us in the European club rankings, more evidence of just how huge they are compared to us.

That's only a recent thing, they were 250 places below us before they won the Champions League last season.

Ahh that explains it. Do you get additional points for single handedly winning the 1st World War as well? They will pretty much unstoppable if thats taken into account.

Ive looked high and low on bet365 for the odds on Hibs and Maribor for Thursday evening..Anyone ken the odds.

p.s Gothenburg and Aik Stockholm 20 years ago would burst hibs home and away..Changed days.

Surprised that such a huge team aren't further up,tbh. Given their 400,000 fanbase, i'd expected them to be slugging it around the 1-2 slots with Real. Perhaps they haven't counted the World War wins? Or perhaps Hearts might be underperforming?
