Does this result say more about our performance against Dunfermline or Aberdeens or is it just a pre season meaningless result?

My mate from work travelled down to the game and said Aberdeen were pretty woeful. Hendrie apparently looked very average, but that's maybe down to match fitness. He says their player Ahmed looks fairly decent along with some of the youngsters they have coming through. As for the small crowd, he went to Fraserburgh £10 entry, Peterhead £12 entry and Dunfermline £10 entry + travel costs in the space of 5 days just to watch pre-season friendlies, that's dedication for you, or perhaps madness

Apart from getting players match fit, all pre-season friendlies are meaningless.

I'd like it to say we were sheer class against Dunfermline. But it just really means that Aberdeen are pish
