Given the way HMFC has to be run moving forward and to have any chance of developing the type of quality of player to sell on for major cash it could be said that the coaches at the younger levels are amongst the most important employees in our club. In my opinion they are not good enough. We (or in reality Romanov) should be spending big on wages to bring top coaches in at that level as it is how ultimately we could become self sufficient. Lose a couple of unnecessary bodies from the first team squad and spend that cash on additional or preferably better coaches. In the last 25 years we have brought through only 2 genuine goalscorers and whilst clearly the current coaches can't be blamed for that they are making little impression in bringing through quality forwards. It's about time something was done about it.

There's no need to even mention debt/HMRC/Ukio. The club is rotten to the core.

Just you keep posting Sergey, I usually find your posts worth reading.

I would also say that part and parcel of being a supporter, is that whilst backing your own team, is ripping into the opposition, especially when our nearest rivals set themselves up for a ripping in the way the Yams do.

I have no trouble with people starting Yam bashing threads as a rule but Sergey seems to exist for no other purpose. I'm a Hibs fan first and foremost, not someone who's completely obsessed with the goings on of our 'Big Team' rivals over the road. When was the last time he just posted something about Hibs? OK, so I was grumpy when I replied but it all gets so boring after a while.
