    Yakubu's miss

deserves a thread of its own

    startlingly similar to Mr Iwelumo

I really can't make my mind up which one was worse.

edit: doesn't Iwelumo have a Nigerian background? Perhaps that explains it?

Jesus - and I thought Altidore's miss vs Algeria today was bad!
Madness, as you know, is a lot like gravity. All it takes is a little push.

That one really was a 'my granny could've scored that' moment!

I honestly think it's worse than the Iwelumo miss.

iwelomus was worse simply because he played for scotland when he did it.

pretty simple question to answer imo...

One difference. Iwelumo was onside when he missed.

I still cringe at seeing that Iwelumo miss. If that had went in the campaign could've been a different story.
