Started to make the bench for the balcony and had a look at my seat and they are manky. gave them a karsher powerwash to get the dust and some of the rust off, but anyone got any tips on how to get them shiny or is stripping them down and repainting them only option?

Try using t cut on them, should bring the shine back. Also peanut butter can be good for revitalising plastic as the oils clean deep and make it shine.
