He would have no reason to be smirking. In Marshall's tenure the goalkeeping was specifically the problem. Now we have so much more to worry about.

no he never marsh was offered a contract with a massive reduction in wages from petrie and was given 2 days to think it over it was marsh who told petrie to stick it up his erse and quite rightly so.
yogi wanted marsh there but could do nothing about it
