    Home kit needs white sleeves

Apart from that, a job very well done.

The away one is actually not too bad - if the green chevron disappeared! The home one would look not too bad if it was made Emerald Green and the sleeves were changed to white.

    Good try tho'

I knew there was reason for the instinctive dislike of the away kit mock-up.

"Are you Airdrie in disguise?" Booooo! No ta.

Purple away kit would be nicer, I've never liked the white away kits.

    I really like them.

I don't understand the "needs to be white sleeves!" brigade. We've played in all white, all green and even hoops before the white sleeves came along.

I wouldn't buy either. Both look terrible.

Q - Why do football teams use "away" kits?

A - So they can wear them at matches away from home where the two teams' home kits clash.

Q - Where do Hibs need to use an "away" kit?

A - Pretty much just Parkhead.

Here's a great idea, let's release a white "away" so when we come to play at Parkhead we have to use a random third strip!

Or we could just ensure that our "away" kit doesn't clash with Celtic's "home" one.

But why follow logic when you can squeeze a bit more money out of fans?

A - To offer the fans more choice, thereby selling more merchandise. Happy, well dressed fans. Wealthier club.

    Win win.

PS. I think our biggest clash this season, especially on TV, was in the games against Falkirk.

Logic would suggest that fan's have a choice: to buy, or not to buy.

I agree actually, it was difficult to distinguish between the Hibs and Falkirk strips on TV. I think you'll agree though that, in general, it's at Parkhead where our need for an away strip is greatest. I just think it's stupid releasing an away kit that still clashes with the Celtic home one (perhaps even more than our home strip does). Fair enough as a training top or something but surely we should aim to be able to use our away strip, comfortably, anywhere we can't use our home one.

Your black kit a few seasons back was smart, i'm sure it had dark green trims aswell, best Hibs away kit i've ever seen.

Can we see a mock up of the Home shirt, but simply with the arms from the Away?

Liked these, the sort of tan colour on the away strip I'm not so sure about, but the home one is VERY smart

Or maybe we shouldn't give a flying one what would best suit the unwashed ones. Scottish football bends over enough for the weegies, if we want a white strip we'll bloody well have one.

Maybe Celtic should change thier home strips to avoid clashing with US when we have a white away kit

Designs look good but my issue is with the Puma Brand as they don't cater for the "Fuller Figure" Gentlemen ie the bulk of Football Fans
