Voted no. Not because I think we will catch utd but because I think we will be above Motherwell so you never know about third. It's a funny old game.

Voted yes but not exactly bite hand off material. I'd be happy with 4th now, guaranteed Europe and that.

As we have no chance of catching Dundee Utd, then yes. No brainer.

Yes, in a New York minute.

Voted yes. Utd are 8 points ahead, so just to get infront after the split we would probably need to beat Celtic at parkhead,Rangers at e/rd and Hearts at e/rd just to get in front of them and even then that would be hoping they pick up no points against anyone else during this period. As optomistic as i am i cant see us gaining nine points and them none after the split tbh. Our spl record suggests that 4th in the league is a really good season for us even if it feels poor at the moment when 3rd was ours to through away a couple of months back.

Third is still very do-able. If we beat Hamilton this w/e and Dundee U lose to Rangers next Wednesday (neither too unlikely) then there will be only 5 points of a difference at the start of the split. We will certainly need to beat them at Tannadice and hope they lose one more than us (starts to look unlikely but not impossible).

    Keep the faith!

I voted yes because IMO there is more chance of us finishing 6th than 3rd.

I votes yes. I would have been happy enough with 4th at the start of the season and, given that we don't have a great record post-split in the top 6, I'll be delighted if we get a wee shot at Europe.

Maybe the question should be 'do you think we will finish fourth'. Some of those who think we won't might well say I would take it now. Others might feel I'd only take it if we deserve it, and if we deserve it then we will finish fourth. On second thoughts what a sad poll this is. I happen to think we will finish fourth and so I wouldn't take it now because that would spoil the 'enjoyment' of the rest of the season.

No, until the last ball is kicked we should be aiming for better always.

United might be better than us, but they are also capible of blowing games.

Anthing more than 5 points from the last five games would be an improvement. 5 would be typical, less than five would be poor.
