    Fabregas

    ..suspected broken leg

And he played on with it as well as Arsenal had no subs left!

How does a player play on with a broken leg? Slight exageration me thinks!

He stayed on the park.. and played..

He got treatment after his penalty and decided to come back on. Also, I did say suspected broken leg..

can be done mussy..when I played I didn't realise I had a cracked fib (or tib) can't remember...but finished the game and then went to the hospital a week or so later...so it's most likely a crack in one of these bones...(BTW I'm no a doctor )

Sorry, when I hear of a break I assume a right fikkin break, nae half hearted effort. A crack aint a break, then again I'm no doctor either

Surprised Wenger's not blaming somebody for it?

Fabregas fears the worst and thinks he may have broken his leg.

Somehow I reckon you would know for sure.

Didn't Scott Brown play on with a broken leg in a Hibs game vs the huns (sure it was one of the 3-0 games at Ibrox).

Bert Trautman played in goals for Man City in an FA Cup Final with a broken neck for [IIRC] a fair bit of the game after it happened. Didn't know until it got checked out sometime after the game - just thought it was a little stiff...

    When men were men.

Now what have we got? Players playing in tights and wearing gloves. Wimps.

Anyway hope Fabregas is alright and it's not as serious as he thinks.

He broke his leg after a pretty vicious challenge from Brellier in the first minute of the 4-1 loss against Hearts at Tynecastle on 28/01/06.

IIRC, he came off in that game but started the next game in the Scottish Cup at Ibrox and played about 70 mins before coming off and noising up the Huns, as we were 2-0 up and about to add a 3rd before the end!

Regardless of what injury Fagregas eventually is shown to have, if some of the current squad of hibs players showed half the desire and passion to play for the shirt/team as Fagregas did, we wouldnt be in the state we are presently...

    Nuff said
