There was an article in the Scotland on Sunday a month or two back about this guy. He worked with Hughes at Falkirk. A motivational speaking guru apparently.

PS take it all back , if by goals he means the thing where fitba players batter the ball into the back of the net rather than the more general waffly definition that pops up in management handbooks.

IIRC he worked with Falkirk to help them prep for their cup final against the huns.

this dudes a genius. we had him come into uni for an hour once and havin been to uni very rarely i only went becoz the guest speakers were a bit more interesting.

anyway, got back to ma room n studied for bout two hours solid. n actually really enjoyed it, pure pumped afterwards. love to get him again. i honestly thot it'd be a pile of *****.

he said he was away to talk to a football team who never got the result they had wanted. it was the day after we got beat off dunfermline in scottish cup replay so i'm guessing it was hibs.

Sounds like he'd give the players a great shift toward resolutness -hopefully- get them solid at the back then get them playing the way they can up top... we could do with him
