Part of the reason the Scottish game is in the mess it is. Not only to the SFA pander to the OF but their draconian running of the game and failure to understand modern day managers and players leaves a lot to be desired.

Hibernian get punished for basically what one of its employees did whilst in the services of another club.
The manager should have been fined and therefore punished. Not the club.
