It seems that Hibs have replaced the plans for a relatively modest sized single tier East Stand with an enormous 3 tier effort more fitting of the CL-Winners-In-Waiting from the other side of the city.

Looks glorious...its WAS the plan had Scotland got the Euro champs...with the top tier being temporary 30,000..reducing to 24/26,000
