    Is Stack another Killen?

Is Graham Stack another Chris Killen? Before Killen joined Hibs, his nickname with other teams was ‘sick-note’; in the 17 months he was with us he had 33 appearances (three of these as a sub). Since his meteoric rise to obscurity with Smeltic he has had just 8 starts in a season and a half.

Stack has been with 10 clubs in nearly 10 years, and in that time he has made just 79 appearances, including 3 as a sub. That averages out at something like 8 starts a season!
His record was 30 games in one season back in 2004/05 when he played for Millwall on loan. Since signing for Reading back in Aug 2006 he only played in 24 games (including 2 as sub) before joining us. Is he going to spend more time out of the team that playing in it? What is exactly wrong with him? One report on the radio said he had had a back operation two weeks ago.

the thing with Stack's appearance record is that he was playing as an understudy half the time to some really good goalkeepers. When you have a keeper who is solid and in good form your only chance for a game is if you play a diddy team in the cup/ keeper gets sent off/ injured.

Its harsh to judge Stack on his record and comparing him to Killen as they didnt play games for two completely different reasons.

    Bring him back ASAP!!!!!!

According to Yogi it must be fairly serious if the boy has been given an epidural to help him get better. Surely in the transfer window we will see a proper keeper come in until the end of the season. Stack is our long term goal keeper though if he can get himself fit.
