Hibernian Ticket Office (Not Ticketmaster)

Is it true they are the only option for

1. Buying your Hibs Kids Tickets?
2. Season Ticket Holders who want to move seats?

I'm looking to buy tickets for me (non-ST) and 2 Hibs Kids and for my brother and 2 kids (All St's) to move beside us

I called option 2 fourteen times yesterday from 9.15 am through to 4.55 pm

On ten occasions it rang out to a recorded message from a nice Autralian fellow saying all lines were busy and could I call back

On the other 4 occasions I was patched through to Ticketmaster who couldn't help

I had a similar problem last Friday

Given that we have to buy our Hibs Kids tickets prior to Friday (Is this still true?) I am rapidly running out of time for Saturday.

Either the service is pathetic or I'm missing a trick?
