Earlier on this season Yogi dropped a hint that a big name might go and we would just have to trust him.
Nobody has mentioned who this might be recently. I wouldn't have thought it would be any of the names mentioned above.
Deeks anyone?

Bamba will be gone though, so perhaps he meant him.

If Bamba does go, I'd imagine we'd get at least £1m. I would invest some of that fee on a decent defender who is not gonna cost much but will expect a decent salary......
Goncalves anyone?
He is a yam but he is a very decent centre half. He is reportedly on £10k a week. I'd expect miller is not on much less than that.
He'll probably go down south but there is no harm in trying! He is young and will have a sell on value!!!

Goncalves has already attracted interest from Premiership sides. That means huge money for him, so he'll be going down there.
Unfortunate though.... Would have been good to snatch up the Yams best player.

We would then go from having adequate cover for Ian Murray at left back to no cover whatsoever.
Going by previous I can't see Murray going all season without injury suspension or worse still both.

Kyle has scored 12 goals in 19 starts for a struggling killie team!
I think he'd be a good target man and would work well with either Stokes or Deeks

Sorry, but why the clamour for Kyle over Nish?
I'd say Kyle is less impressive for Killie than Nish was, sounds like a lot of hassle for little, if any, gain.

Not a quality you'd want in someone being touted for a big, target man role.
