Just been watch the highlights on line. When McGinn scores the third about 3mins 10 secs into the piece the commentator clearly says McGinn was not even listed as a substitute.

There was a bit about this in the paper today, Someone had put Naylor down instead of McGinn and at the last minute they managed to get it changed over.
