You wouldn't think it would be that hard to make something at least half decent.

They've had some decent stuff in the past, but that lot are absolutely shocking.

I was in the club store in September and its the first time i have left without buying something. Considering that i only get over there once a year i was really surprised.

Since when did Hibs use pale green?

Why cant the designers make a simple light cotton plain round kneck t shirt with the club badge on it. I'm sure it would be our biggest selling garment after the replica strip.

Said that last week, presume that these L&S tops are aimed at the more 'trendier' Hibs fans who wouldn't wear a normal Hibs polo top from Le Coq but the faux pas is that the same targetted audiance wouldn't go out in a top with HFC printed on the front or in those horrible lime green colours.
A nice simple L&S polo with some form of Hibs crest/identifying mark subtly showing on the sleeve or similar would sell.
Fashion Police 1 Fife Hyland 0 here I'm afraid.

Agree that all the new "originals" range would not look out of place getting punted out of the back of an old Transit van at Ingliston Sunday Market in the mid 80's.
They have even managed to make over priced Lyle & Scott t-shirts look cheap, tacky and in the wrong colour

I actually could not believe my eyes. If I didn't know better I would say some Yam had done a photoshop job on the new gear
- The colours are bogging
- All the logos are two inches too high on the chest
- The actual logos are grotesque particularly the script h and HFC letters
- They are being modelled by a stick-thin lad. Put them on yer average fitba fan and they will look a lot worse
- There must be a host of local designers (college kids at Telford, ECA, HWU) who would jump at the chance to design a range of Hibs clothing. The club would have got better results from a school competition
Wonder if we should start a poll and send to the club? Given our reaction did our Marketing team really give their pre-production approval to this kit?
Chuck it in the bin and start again!!Last edited by RIP; 15-10-2009 at 08:23 AM.

Not start a poll, email marketting at ER, the more complaints the better.
The club will want to get the feed back as it is the club who will be losing out on valuable sales.
