I see Paul Caddis is saying that McGeady's "intelligence" led him to dive. I think we probably all agree, but in a totally different way than Caddis means.

"I think it was intelligence from Aiden,"

"He went past three or four players and if he doesn't go down then he is going to get smashed.

"To be honest I don't think it would have happened if we hadn't had the controversy with Eduardo.

"It's all been blown out of proportion.
He obviously took the Mowbray approach of "not needing to see the video replay". McGeady doesn't go past any players.

    That save from Wotherspoon.
    Every gimmick hungry yob,
Digging gold from rock and roll
Grabs the mic to tell us,
    He'll die before he's sold.

That was a totally outstanding save.

In fact, Boruc actually went up in my estimation, just a little, when he threw the ball out to allow Cregg to have treatment. He'd had plenty of opportunity to clear the ball and get the game moving but he did seem to have some genuine concern for a fellow professional.

Whether it was because he'd clatterd him or not is another matter!!!
