dave243 has to be a Hibbie:
"If we all chip in £100, we have approx over 400,000 fans, if half us chip in that's £20 million. That could help. Don't think it would happen though".

Must be a hibby - got his sums correct.
Yams would come up with £400,000,000 and then start a thread about buying Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

commercial partnership could be formed between the new owner/club and a partner company (lets say Umbro for arguments sake).
Umbro would pay off the £15 million owed to UKIO and in return would get various exclusive advertising deals with the club for an agreed period (say 20 years).
The interest payable on the deal would be in the form of these deals and the stadium being re-named "The Umbro Tynecastle Arena".

I believe they were just about to when they over heared an unnamed gorgie striker(sic) muttering "i could eat a scabie horse." Taking the threat seriously the venture was pulled immediately, thus closing another avenue to a debt free existance.

What that plan is I don't know, but they probably met the 1st instalment.
I don't think they would have settled it in full, B.

This one is such a sure fire winner that I am sure all thats left to be sorted out is whether Mr Romanov would like Umbro or any of the other investors in the queue, to give him the money in cash in a suitcase or a straight fund transfer to Lithuania like the Gordon money. What a plank this poster is.........

So once Umbro have payed £15 million to have a ramshackle collection of pink meccano and rusting bolts named after their company, and after Hearts have skooshed their way to Champions League group stages, they'll more or less be on the right track and Mr Romanov might get given "just one more, probably penultimate last chance" to prove his intentions and dedication to HoMFC??
Simples
It's this lack of vision from upper managment that is keeping Hibs in the financial dark ages compared to HoMFC.
