Must be a hibby - got his sums correct.

Yams would come up with £400,000,000 and then start a thread about buying Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

1000(ish) fans paid last week an average of say £500 each to go to one match = Half a million quid.

So all the fans who went to Zagreb last week should have put thier money on 12:1 odds of Nade scoring this year......... and there you have it £6,000,000 and we own the club.

Funny thins is I do honestly see Hearts as a cheap option to 'earn money' think about it, Scotland get 2 Champions League places, get to the group stages and you geta minimum of £10M, now if we were to outlay £2M on transfer fees, keep Shabba, buy 3 decent strikers, the Old Squirm are there for the taking, one season get to the CL, fingers crossed we get to the group stages then hey presto, £10M in the bank, cream your £2M transfer kitty back and its an £8M profit, repeat that process and the deal has been paid for on year 2.
    Easy.

It's such a doddle to qualify for the group stages. You only have to get past the likes of Arsenal!

    This bit's good

commercial partnership could be formed between the new owner/club and a partner company (lets say Umbro for arguments sake).

Umbro would pay off the £15 million owed to UKIO and in return would get various exclusive advertising deals with the club for an agreed period (say 20 years).

The interest payable on the deal would be in the form of these deals and the stadium being re-named "The Umbro Tynecastle Arena".
As you can imagine I'm sure UMBRO will be delighted to be involved in shelling out 15 million quid on them. It's a no brainer really

I believe they were just about to when they over heared an unnamed gorgie striker(sic) muttering "i could eat a scabie horse." Taking the threat seriously the venture was pulled immediately, thus closing another avenue to a debt free existance.

The winding-up order was withdrawn as a payment plan was agreed.

What that plan is I don't know, but they probably met the 1st instalment.

I don't think they would have settled it in full, B.

How deluded are they, will robemoff forget the 12 mil debt for equity as well as the 30 odd million debt plus whatever he has put into the club (cough) from his own massive fortune. Heads in the sand or what.

This one is such a sure fire winner that I am sure all thats left to be sorted out is whether Mr Romanov would like Umbro or any of the other investors in the queue, to give him the money in cash in a suitcase or a straight fund transfer to Lithuania like the Gordon money. What a plank this poster is.........

So once Umbro have payed £15 million to have a ramshackle collection of pink meccano and rusting bolts named after their company, and after Hearts have skooshed their way to Champions League group stages, they'll more or less be on the right track and Mr Romanov might get given "just one more, probably penultimate last chance" to prove his intentions and dedication to HoMFC??

    Simples

It's this lack of vision from upper managment that is keeping Hibs in the financial dark ages compared to HoMFC.
