    Team For Tomorrow?

How are we going to line up.

Do we go with Benji, Riordan, Nish, Johansson, Byrne, Stokes, Deane

And what about midfeild? Zemmama , Wotherspoon, Galbraith, Cregg, Mcbride, Rankin, Stevenson, Murray

In defence? Hanlon, McCann, Hogg, Bamba, McCormack

Im i the only one really excited about this season?
Look at the options we have, i would have confidence any of these players starting for the cabbage. Although defence is looking a wee bit weak. Still looks much better than the pish across the road...

    Anyway, your team for tomorrow?

Don't think Stokes will be in squad: I'd go with

    Riordan, Nish

    Zemmama, Bamba, Cregg, Mcbride,

    Hanlon, Hogg, Murray, McCann

    Maka

Galbraith + Benji to come on

I don't think we can afford the luxury of playing 3 strikers and making our midfield weak. Riordan and Benji are lazy when it comes to tracking back, you either have one or the other. I'd have Rankin in, whether Stokes is fullt fit i don't no but if he is then stick him up front with deek.

    _________Maka

    DVZ___Hogg___Bamba___Murray

    _______Cregg___McBride

    Stokes___Zemmama___Riordan

    ___________Nish

I personally think that is a team better than anything that can be put out by the rest of the league outside the OF, obviously barring injuries and suspensions. This formation allows the hard working engine of the midfield in Cregg and McBride to be in posiitons where they can pick up from defence and pass it onto the great attacking and technical players that will scare the oppositon in Stokes, Zemmama and Riordan, with Nish acting as a decent target man.

This formation is a 4231, and can easily be changed to a 433 if need be, with Stokes and Riordan joining Nish and Zemmama dropping deeper. Given the right support and management, this is a great team that has the ability to play great football. Happy Days

i like the look of that!! Possibly Murray at left back but wouldnt mind seeing Hanlon get more of a chance, looked good coming forward last week.

i said the team i'd LOVE to see.... as in (IMO) the strongest team.

Wotherspoon was immense last week and i hope he starts tomorrow, but if i had to pick between zouma & wotherspoon, i'd pick zemmama.
