Falkirk - vacant, looks like Eddie May along with Elvis

Well, with all the chatting Ally McCoist has been doing in the media over the season and Wattie having just won the league, it wouldn’t surprise me if McCoist took over at Greyskull.
It would also allow the ‘V’ pair to come back into the team ‘under new management’, play until Christmas, and then Rankers sell at top price.Space to let

That would surprise me, honestly.
But I have hopes that the Unwashed will fail to get Mowbray, and have to approach Motherwell for McGhee....
I'm glad we did the job quietly and quickly, and without any obvious disrespect towards Falkirk.
It means we can sit back now and watch the fun.
Let the games begin!

Levein fled like a scalded cat as soon as Romanov appeared on the horizon.
He let it be know that he would never work with an owner who was signing players.

What if
McGhee takes the Aberdeen job
Jeffries takes the Falkirk job
McPherson takes the Killie job
McInnes takes the West Brom job
Shabba takes any job
It would be like runaround (without Mike Reid obviously)
It would also leave the Jumbos with Tango man or Mixu

Good shout at a change at Der Hun. With TM at Celtic and the promise of some spending Wattie could easily decide he's rubber ducked, change his mind and invent some form of allergy that "forces" him to retire. Leaving Super Swally to get out played and out maneuvered by a rejuvenated 'Tic.
Of course no-one but us foresees the rise of the might Cabbage (1st) or the emergence of one season wonders St Johnstone (RU) leaving TM in his usual 3rd place.

Talking to a Saint Johnstone fan at work, if McInnes goes his preferrence would be John McGlynn fron Raith, I suggested the dream team reunites, McGlynn and Frail. Under the circumstances, quite successful in the past.
There is no such thing as too much yarn, just not enough time.

Think Smith will hang around at least till the end of their Champions League campaign, then may well move upstairs as it were...

Updated with season's changes to date.

Celtic - Mowbray confirmed 17th June
Aberdeen - McGhee confirmed 12th June
Falkirk - vacant, then filled by Eddie May along with Elvis
Motherwell - vacant, then filled by Gannon who left, now temporary by Brown
Hertz - possible vacancy if Shaba walks
D.Utd - vacant, with Levein off to Scotland

Surely it's insane for Killie to part company with Jumbo n Bully now, with the Arabs and Well also looking for a new manager? These three will be competing with each other, especially as none of them have the money to employ someone under contract elsewhere.
Glad we're not in that position!

With the season now almost over, I cannot recall one with so many managerial changes. Yogi is now the 4th longest serving manager having only joined Hibs in the summer. And by the start of next season he could be at least the 2nd longest serving if Smith decides to call it a day and either Reid or McInnes leave their clubs. Amazing!
We also end the season with four managers on a temporary basis - Lennon, Calderwood, Houston and Brown. It will be interesting to see how all this pans out.
Updated with season's changes to date.
Hibernian - Hughes confirmed pre-season, looks certain to be at ER next season
Celtic - Mowbray confirmed 17th June, sacked 25th March, Lennon in temp charge, Celtic now looking for Mowbray's replacement
Aberdeen - McGhee confirmed 12th June, but jacket on a very shoogly peg
Falkirk - vacant, then filled by Eddie May along with Elvis, May sacked 11th Feb, Elvis in temp charge until end of season, now confirmed in post.
Motherwell - vacant, then filled by Gannon who left, now Craig Brown on a temporary basis
Hertz - Shaba sacked 29th Jan, replaced by Jumbo Jim
D.Utd - Levein off to Scotland in December 2009, replaced by Houston on a temporay basis until end of the season
Kilmarnock - Calderwood temp until end of season with JJ off from 11th January
St. Mirren - vacant, McPherson sacked on 11th May
Rangers - Smith possibly on his way at season end due to Rangers financial problems
Hamilton - Reid has done well and could be tempted away for a better offer
St. J - McInnes has done well and could be tempted away for a better offer
