Umpteenth re-run of the highlights tonight :greengrin
Got Glastonbury in under a fortnight. Will be continuing the celebrations there, if you see a fat bloke in a Santa outfit singing the John McGinn song get us a pint :greengrin
When the hibs went up to lift the Scottish cup....,.,,,,
It most certainly is  Hope you mentioned Stokes too..? :tee hee:
I'm finding one of the best bits is 'schadenfraude' defined roughly as: "revelling in the misfortune of others"
Cheeky little Merlot in hand and just watched the winning goal for God knows how many times in the last three weeks. Absolutely love the reaction behind the goal, there must be few hundred in the shot and I just focus on one person at a time to watch them go absolutely tonto.
It a recording I will just never tire of watching....add to that Cliffs alternative on Hibs TV and I'm in bits....all our pain over the years...gone
ps.... Did I mention life is brilliant?
Oh....and Lewis's face when we get the cup.......sums it up for us all

Was on my mates stag do in Fuengirola last weekend, and I knew the song I was gonny sing on karaoke. That then became our whole groups anthem for the whole weekend, including the Rangers & Hearts fans that were there. "Stokesys on fire, your defence is terrified, Oosh! Nanananana....
✈️😎🍻⚽️🎤💚
As a bit of a very part time DJ to remember 21/5/16 we had a fairly full dance floor with a bit of Gala .... Super John McGinn ( Billy Rae Cyrus Mix lol) and a jumping I'm on My Way up here in Sheepland ........ All played with a wee bit more than a smile on my face ... Off to watch some more highlights now ..........
I wonder what Franck's thoughts were if/when he saw the SC final result.
Was holding a work evening meeting in the pub in the week..I ended up clearing all the chairs up at the end and when I walked through to the main bar at 11.00pm there was no one left in the pub. Started chatting to the young barman and showed him the clip of the French commentary of the game...he loved it..ended up staying up till 1.00am drinking malt and chatting about football.

I've just had to watch the highlights again. And I still get a rush when Gray scores the winner.

Watched the last 15 minutes again last night. Wife is starting to get fed up with it.
May need to divorce her.
I was in Carlisle with my old man yesterday continuing the SCF celebrations, unfortunately we had to leave to catch the train 5 mins before Russia scored, had £20 on draw ht - draw ft at 4s that pretty much paid for the day. Celebrations will continue tomorrow.
Watched the whole game again today. Cried at Sunshine on Leith.
Standard.
Definitely thought this was a thread about Boyle and Handling. Legends.
My neighbours a celtic fan and had a similar conversation with him the other week. They win leagues and cups all the time which is great but they take it for granted. They will never feel how we felt 3 weeks ago. I remember when we played them in 2013, many of them were leaving the stadium just after the cup was lifted, it was just business as usual. Obviously happy they'd won but absolutely nowhere near the euphoria we all went through.
One of the worst things I ever saw at a football match was Celtic fans streaming out the exits before the trophy presentation after beating us in the 2013 final. What I thought, and was subsequently proved right, would be one of the greatest days of my life meant almost nothing to them.
I was out last night with a Norwich fan. 1st time he has seen me since the final and 1st thing he did was shake my hand and congratulate me. He gets it and knows what it means. The Hearts fans in my work have generally let me have the moment as they know what it means to me, I've mates who support Aberdeen, Raith, Dundee Utd and others they all get it.
It's a great feeling and I'm delighted I finally got to experience it.
