I used to do all my note taking without using vowels..This is before days of mobile phones & text speak..Amazing how much quicker it was and still easy enough to read.

I don't really see the problem, but don't think it's good either. Maybe just 10-20 years too late to have been considered "cool" or "edgy" in their approach. Which is of course what you want from an investment manager.
Text speak, so friggin annoying.
Don't understand how changing a name makes them more agile as a company though?
Maybe all the time spent typing out standard life Aberdeen was stopping them from getting stuff done?
