Yeah Disney's a monthly subscription channel.
It is available on some IPTV if you have that?
It’s fantastic I’m onto the 2nd episode now
I’m really confused.. it’s a film, about the Beatles, split into episodes.. on a ******ing Disney channel?!
😆
*I’m exaggerating.. I know Disney+ does more than their cartoons these days.
It’s about 8 hours long in total.
Really fascinating stuff watching the dynamics of the four of them.
I’m not a huge Beatles fan but I’m a music fan it’s basically just them in the studio rehearsing and creating music.
Love it
Watched the first couple of episodes and loved it, can't wait to watch the rest.
I'm a huge Beatles fan both in terms of their own music and their influence so was always going to like it. I know it was what Peter Jackson was aiming for but I just like watching them have fun. The narrative around Let it Be, in no small part due to the previous film about it, was that they were miserable, fed up and going through the motions. This seems to go some way to dispelling that myth.
Tbh as far as Beatles albums go, Let it Be isn't a great one imo. Philip Spector overproduced it, it would benefit from being stripped right back. It's still fascinating to watch the band at work though.
There was the Let It Be 'naked' version released a few years ago. Much better, IMHO, having the original productions minus Spector's orchestrations. Of course Spector was basically given the tapes of the Let It Be sessions because the band didn't want to work on them together by that point. Abbey Road was completed, with Let It Be left hanging around incomplete.
"Let It Be - Naked" now makes perfect sense.

Finished it today felt a little bit emotional at the end.
Plan to watch it again to see bits I’ve probably missed.
Superb.
I enjoyed it - lots of them sitting about chatting but still really enjoyed it.
The bit near the end with the policemen was funny - all the delaying and that, the boy was raging and kept chewing on his helmet. McCartney's look over and wee grin when he saw them was funny.
Strange tried signing out and back in?
