Remember when he said he was going to make Hearts the biggest in the town!? ...He meant laughing stock, right?
Ian Cathro
And Daniel Stendel
Levein has never won a medal
Hearts are kaput.
Hearts are going down in a German submarine a German submarine
Where’s his coaching staff? I take it hearts can’t afford to pay off Daly,McPhee etc?
I hear he was complaining about Hearts only playing the long ball in the first half.
I can see Daniel waving goodbye
There's a great German word for what he's managed to do for the Yams. "Verschlimmbessern", it basically means to make things worse by trying to improve them. I love German:greengrin
Sure I heard him interviewed on sportsound before the game, they asked why he’d made 4 changes from the team that lost at Motherwell.
“I’ve no idea...” :faf:
:greengrin Like that. Sounds like he doesn't take himself too serious - or anything else for that matter. That works if you're the Special one and winning games or basically don't give a flying **** how things turn out at Hearts as he's bigger challenges down the road. Yams are going to lap that up if he can't turn things around :aok:
Tommy Wright said that he saw how the guy managed his last team; he played a high line that exposed them at the back and he thought that his own team could exploit that, which is exactly what happened. I am sure they will no doubt win some games playing a high line but, at present, they don't appear to have the firepower up front and so they were basically tactically out thought on his first game in charge. That doesn't really bode well for them. He should consult their resident tactical genius and try eleven defenders.
Stendhal knows all about derbies.
Those Hamburg v St Pauli clashes have a history apparently.
“People spoke about separating the fans before the game which is a little bit crazy. You think, this is football, it’s not a fight."

If they are talking about segregation in Germany, it surely can't be long till we follow suit over here. They'll be saying you can't pass your half bottle round next.
