Mental. Mitchell scores for South's with 11 men.
8-12
Got to love play off games. Excellent so far.
South's have been simply outstanding in that last 10mins. They didn't survive it, they were the better team by a country mile.
Tedesco fails his HIA which is a huge blow.
Mitchell running the game. He has been class for them.
Roosters needed that 14-24 now.
Becoming a bit of a joke with the amount of players sent to the bin. It's a fantastic watch but I think the ref / bunker are being a bit precious.
Problem you have got if you give a couple yellow cards early you have to keep giving them to be consistent.
It has been great Sunday morning entertainment though.
Best team won.
Yep, south's really deserved it if only for that 10mins with 11en which was unreal. I thought they were going to be blown away early doors but they dug I and Mitchell was superb. Burgess also had big influence of the game with some huge carries while dishing out a few injuries.
A bruising, gripping game. Can't wait for next week.
Parramatta beat Canberra and will travel to NQL next week for a place in the final.

A great play off game at the shay last night.
Halifax lost to York 26-28. Great game. Premier sports have the championship games on next week if you fancy some extra games.
Super league grand final looks good on paper. I just can't get over the last one I attended at Old Trafford when it was an appalling game between Wigan v Warrington, I think it was so won't be there.
Leigh will hammer York I reckon. Not quite the 100 though from the other week.
Fev to win the other just.
Rhino's to spring a suprise in Manchester.
Finally you have way too much money buying all them tickets.
I'm in Sheffield for England V Greece but made decision not to attend as that game would be pointless.
I see Morgan Knowles is free to play in the final after Saints won a 2nd appeal against his ban for the arm twist against Salford. I think he's a lucky boy - it was a pretty nasty cynical bit of play.
Not that it matters but to answer my own question. Bit of an odd way to do things.
"Each team plays half of their matches at home and half away, playing seven teams just once and nine teams twice. Who each team plays, when and where is mainly determined on club requests as to which matchups attracts the best crowds and television ratings"
after a bit of googling it was the wheelchair challenge cup final i watched a few months back where rhinos beat a much stronger looking Catalans side
