i know it's probably childish but i always have a wee giggle whenever i see that name 'Manly Sea Eagles'

What a great game of rugby at Edinburgh. Fast attacking rugby. Great to watch and a good result for Edinburgh
hence i always flick channels :)
anyways, congrats Scottish rugby women booking their spot in the final Qualification tournament for the rugby WC in New Zealand, i think i heard them say v Samoa, great try to even it 18-18 with one minute remaining with the lassie having the sense to still take it nearer the posts for the conversion
FT Ireland 18 Scotland 20
it is indeed Samoa along with the winner of Kenya v Columbia, the winners will grab the final 12th spot in the WC
great win for SA v New Zealand 31-29, new zealand looked to have stole it with a penalty 90 seconds remaining to make it 29-28 only for a mistake and then offside to give SA a penalty in front of the sticks on 82 mins, a very deserved win, New Zealand were more or less camped in their own half for most of the 2nd half, all-blacks maybe shouldn't have been bumping their gums during the week about SA slowing things down as only one side were trying to slow it down there, i think that's six out of the last seven games between these sides have ended up just 2 points or less in it.
Argentina 17 Australia 32 in the earlier game
FT's
Benneton 28 Edinburgh 27
Glasgow 35 Sharks 24
fans of League code can watch the RL final on just now
Catalans v St Helens, fancy St Helens but would like to see Catalans win it
great day for sport
Scotland winning
RL final on at the moment
Boxing to follow
St Helens win 12-10. Shame for Catalans but 3 in a row for Saints.
12 uncapped players included in the 42-man squad for the autumn nations series, i notice De Clerk will be out for the South Africans

7-3 Scotland
Nice 2nd try for Scotland there.
14-3
Jesus Graham will feel that tomorrow
14-6
HT 36-9
the tongans don't get together much so i was very surprised, and disappointed they took that 3rd penalty from near the half way line instead of doing something different, a little more inventive, they won't learn about other aspects of their play by taking a shot at the posts from that distance, it's not always just about the points
anyway, great debut for Rufus McLean, blair kinghorn having a good game but his last two conversion attempts weren't great
Feel heart sorry for the Tongans. And the Fijians and Samoans. If only they had the money to pay their players they wouldn't all be playing for NZ, Aus, Eng etc. Great efforpt but sadly rugby has moved in from the amateur days. So many of the islanders now playing for other countries, quite sad to see as an old rugby fan.
Wales getting a pasting off New Zealand.
the Harlem Globe Trotters of Rugby
New Zealand play rugby at a different level to any other country on the planet. Unbe****inlievable. Just a treat to watch.!!!!
FT Italy 9 New Zealand 47... didn't really enjoy that, wish i had taken Ireland instead for my wee flutter :(
FT Ireland 60 Japan 5...interestingly Japan didn't make one substitution whereas the other sides make 6,7 and even 8, i don't understand that one
England v Tonga 3:15, i'll watch footy instead
5:30 Wales v South Africa, look forward to this one
8pm France v Argentina
I have no interest or love for the game, but I’m going to my first international today. I’ve even watched some explanations on YouTube about rucks and mauls  I can’t help hating this side of town from my many unsuccessful trips to Tynecadtmstle.
