State of Independence. Written by Jon & Vangelis, performed here by Donna Summer, produced by Quincy Jones & backing singers with hundreds of millions of record sales between them. Exquisite!

Quincy Jones reckons that Michael Jackson pinched the synth bass riff for Billie Jean (which Jones also produced) - it's basically the same thing slowed down.
Little Richard Send me some loving
Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band - You Never Can Tell. Most of you have probably seen this. I rate Springsteen but I've never really gone out my way to listen to him. The song itself is great but probably not mind blowing in itself. It's the impromptu performance, the trial & error to find the right key & the quality of the musicians who pull off something that only guys that have playing together for years can do. When the band arrives and the rhythm section join in here it's real double-take stuff.

Not the song (which I love but maybe not mind blowing), but 5 minutes on Fiction Factory speaking about Feels Like Heaven. I love stuff like this.
