An Alternative Quiz Question

A discussion on another thread got me thinking about this.

In the last 30 years we have signed 6 keepers from 6 teams currently in EPL, one from each :wink:. Name the keepers & teams please. None were loanees.

Pretty sure Bogdan was originally on loan & then a free agent & Conrad I believe was the same, ie free agent. Colgan & Maka are correct as are Gunn, Burridge & McNeill. 1 to go!

McNeill was also a free agent and signed for Hibs two days after leaving Southampton according to Wiki.

Quite possible though at the time I heard we contacted either Andy or Southampton with a view to getting him released from his contract. It's quite interesting though that we signed a keeper from each of the 3 South Coast teams. My son in law is a Brighton season ticket holder & he couldn't believe we signed Graeme Smith! IIRC his 1st game for Brighton he came on as a sub & conceded 5 or 6 goals!
