For me communicate with friends all over the world for virtually no cost. A very welcome step into the new now for me.

Work from home. It’s ****ing painful because of my internet and a recent Europe wide it upgrade that has made things **** for the whole company, but in a job I took on less than a year ago I’d never dreamed I’d be able to work from home.
I miss farm work to an extent but rolling out of bed at 8:15 has its benefits.
Make a pee last over 3 minutes without trying!
Go anywhere in Scotland by bus free of charge.
Go for weeks at a time without withdrawing cash from a distributor or even use any in shops.

The old thing a teacher would say to you in school was 'you have to learn this, your not going to carry a calculator/encyclopedia/dictionary et in your pocket, are you' ......well as it happens, yes, I can find the answer or how to guide on almost anything in a matter of seconds.
Travel across close to the entirety of the world with relative ease.

I suppose the ones that are almost daily routine now is using streaming services like Netflix. Not that choosing a movie is any quicker of course...by the time the Mrs chooses I’m convinced I could have been to Blockbuster and back with ease [emoji23]
