Who's in charge of Comms at Easter Road?

Ron Gordon? Jack Ross? Whoever the buck stops with, needs to carpet the players "celebrating" 3rd place on the back of that abject display today. Or is losing 4 games in a row to an ordinary team culminating in a capitulation in a national final acceptable now at Easter Road?
