Don’t know about you guys but I’m excited at the mouth watering prospect of that Hearts v Motherwell rematch
Clash of the Titans from the packed out atmospheric cauldron with Mikey calling out the commentary as his beloved Hearts try to better the one save the Motherwell keeper had to make in their last high octane encounter.
What's not to like?

Is it tomorrow they come out?
I know i shouldn't, but i keep imagining how funny it would be if we won our last 5 games and the huns went into meltdown and lost all theirs...
Does it not also depend if rangers get through on Thursday?
Anyone know what date is pencilled in for the derby?
Hope we get rangers at home first.
Celtic vs st mirren and Dundee utd vs Aberdeen.
3 points for us, celtic win the league meaning they'll be a bit chiller when we play and the other two play each other and guaranteeing us stretching a lead over at least 1 of them.
Last game of season at Celtic Park apparently
Celtic supporting friend of mine says he's been told we play Celtic at Celtic Park on 17 May at 12.30pm
Probably bull but....
We will play Utd and Aberdeen and they will play each other in the first 3 rounds of fixtures.
April 26 / 27th for 1st game
May 3rd / 4th for 2nd game
May 10th / 11th for 3rd game
May 13th / 14th for 4th game (midweek)
May 17th for final game - kick off 12.30
Few things...
Regarding Europe - Hibs probably won't know the situation till May 25th after the Scottish Cup Final and who wins the trophy. So could be weird situation after final league game we no idea if we are in Europe.
If Celtic get into final they may rest players week before or play full strength to build momentum. Not sure what they have done previous seasons.
I expect all games to be crazy high demand for tickets - ideally we don't want Aberdeen midweek away though as won't be great for travelling fans.
Ideally St Mirren first Hibs win, Celtic beat Aberdeen and Rangers beat D Utd.
With goal difference effectively 7 points clear. 🤞
Not sure if they try to alternate between Celtic and Rangers or not, but Celtic were at home for the last game of the season last year. you'd imagine they can't give Celtic that privilege every year they win the league
Are the fixtures announced today?
Celtic apparently at home to Utd first and have Aberdeen the midweek fixture
Us due to play them last game of season
If we are away to Celtic on the last day, means they won’t be able to win the league at home next game, or they’d have 3 away games on the trot, which i think is unprecedented
Aberdeen.
Utd.
St Mirren.
Rangers.
Celtic.
That would be my guess.
Lets hope they also get the tv schedule out just as quick for travelling supporters tae fix out transport.
Celtic will get a home game first as they won't want to risk having them win the league at Ibrox.
Hearts v Motherwell at Tyney...Mmmm hmmmm...
If Celtic get to the cup final then I could see them potentially resting a few last game of the season. Did Aberdeen not win there last game of the season when we draw 5-5 with rangers
Rumours are we’re getting the 3 home games - United, St Mirren and Rangers
Celtic to play Aberdeen first
With us playing Celtic in the last game and game before cup final
Aberdeen fans already moaning.
There should be a rule in place. The highest placed team or draw straws or whatever, it should be clear before the season starts.
Don't know if it's correct, but Lovell said on Hibs TV yesterday that there was a rule along those lines – the team that finished higher last season takes priority. His example was that St Mirren would get priority over us.
Even if that is right, it's not clear to me how it would work in practice when there are multiple teams involved and two types of possible imbalance (number of home/away vs a specific team and overall number of home/away). Is a team having an 18/20 split overall better or worse than a team having a 1/3 split against one club?
He did. I don't think he's 100% right though. I'm sure an SPFL guy once admitted there is a seeding and if it works out everybody gets 19 home and away. If it doesn't then a team seeded top 6 dropping to bottom 6 gets 20 home and a team seeded bottom 6 in top 6 gets 18 homes. Where this differs to what Lovell said is that I don't think it's just based on last season's league placings. You've got to love Scottish football's spirit of fair play and transparency.
What’s the TV situation with Hibs, have we used all our sky sports home games, or is there still 1/2 outstanding
Do Premier get access to post split games
Might be wrong but I think yesterdays game was Premiers last unless they purchase more of course.

I would take that. If we beat the Dons up there we would be well on our way assuming Celt win league at Tannadice. Beat Utd at home and then it would take an amazing run from Utd or Dons to overtake us. I want to play our rivals when we are on top form and if we win the race is over.
If we manage to get Celtic last with Aberdeen getting them first then IF we manage to open up a bigger gap from them it will be massive in terms of confidence booster to both teams.
Plus ideally you want Aberdeen going to extra time against the Yams but to go through so it gives them one eye on final also.
Think it’s perfect personally.
Aberdeen whilst we are in top form
United battered by Celtic the week before
Celtic on holiday
St Mirren marooned in sixth
Huns have already given up.
It’s up to us, one game at a time.
Having our two direct rivals first up gives us the opportunity to seal it within two weeks though.
Better than, say, losing to Celtic in the opening game before heading to bogey ground Paisley.
Let’s go for it head on.
Away to Aberdeen 1st game and sent to Paisley 3 times in one season.
Someone at it at the SPFL.
From the BBC Website
They are set to travel to Pittodrie and welcome United to Easter Road. They should also face a trip to Celtic, and home matches against Rangers and St Mirren - now the only side Hibs have failed to beat this season.
Can’t see them agreeing to Celtic possibly winning the league at Ibrox, if Celtic lose at Dundee Utd, and Rangers win at Paisley
Confirmed by DR.
26th April: Aberdeen (A)
3rd May: United (H)
10th May: Celtic (A)
14th May: St Mirren (A)
17th May: Rangers (H)
It's wrong to play 3 times away at one venue in a season.
The fomat is flawed and we are the ones who have lost out....does this mean that St Mirren will have had 20 home games. Why should they get 20 home games when we have finished 3rd before the split. Talk about not rewarding achievement.
It's also suspect us playing Aberdeen first. Is this how the compter did it, or are the SPFL looking to squeeze the league points totals asap.
I don't fear playing Aberdeen away. I just think it stinks a bit.
Well, win the first two games and we’re third.
Surely the Rangers are getting a small corner of the south and filling rest with our fans.
Three Saturday 3pm kickoffs is nice.
The alternative to playing Saints away 3 times is us playing more home games than away games. We have played 17 at home and 16 away up to now. Saints I suspect have played 17 away already. We’ve not lost out but if we played them at ER we would have had an advantage over everyone else who had an equal split.
Aberdeen and Dundee utd first 2 games, win them and we have 3rd place
Why are Hah Hah Hearts fixtures not listed here? I don't understand.
