omg!
Brady's fluffed it
Interception!!!!! Sack too
Yaaaaaaasssssss!!!
Hahaha Robert krafts face
Shady Brady is looking worried, but I wouldn't count him out. He must be the best ever sportsman to resort to cheating.
One more 1st down
They are still going to give Brady 80 odd seconds if they can't get first down.
OT coming?
Yaaaaaaasssssss! Jake elliot! Now make another stop!
Needless trick play
I'd be about throwing up with nerves right now if I was an Eagles fan. Not quite Scottish cup territory though.
Poor special teams from Pats.
Finally getting pressure
Here we go!!!
Robert Crafty and Tom Shady looking down the barrel of defeat.
Of course they make the 1st down
I Can't watch this....
Who will bet that the Patriots won't score a touchdown and a 2 point play?
If any team can do that it's them.
Nice
E.a.g.l.e.s eagles!!!! World champions!
Eagles win!!!!
Yaaaaaaasssssss!
Congratulations Sergio!!
Good result for NFL, sport, fairness and integrity.
Fully deserved, great first half, bottled it a bit after HT, great strength of character to pull out what was needed to take it home
What a game. A lot of fun to watch, went down to the last play, top players performing while all on the line.
Well done philly, you deserve it.
Sorry Pats fans but you guys have had your fair share :greengrin
Brady runs off the field without congratulating Foles. What a twat.
The Eagles have won the superbowl!
What an outstanding game. Delighted the Eagles won. Agree about Brady, showed a massive lack of respect for Nick Foles.
What a great game. Congratulations Philly, well deserved, best team all season and lost their main guy.
Needed more pitch invasion.
Looking at the statistics,it looked more like a College game
What a mental game! We stopped them twice in the game, both at exactly the right time! I was majorly wrong about Foles, what a player! Got into a shootout with Brady and came out on top! The only player in Superbowl history to throw a TD and catch a TD in the same game!
I can't see me getting much sleep before work at 8am!
Congratulations to the NE Patriots
... for matching the Broncos record of 5 Superbowl loses :not worth
PS Well done Eagles, great win :top marks
Yeah, fair enough, we've only got 3.
But, as far as i know, we didn't illegally spy on other teams or deflate balls to win any of them :na na:
PS I live in Colorado therefore it is a legal requirement that I :-
(a) Love the Broncos
(b) Hate the Raiders
(c) Hate the Patriots
(d) Love Southpark

Well done Philly! Well deserving of the win, and it's actually nice to see a new team win it for a change (even if a number of their fans chose to celebrate it by torching their own city...).
Enjoy it chaps - I'm pleased some of our forum get the chance to celebrate it for the first time. Despite all the derision aimed at Foles, he was very composed and excellent last night. Wentz did a superb job getting them into position, and I've nothing but praise for the Philadelphia coaching staff and Foles for being able to maintain that momentum.
I've said for a few weeks now I didn't think we were good enough to win it, and yet they kept finding ways to surprise me. Feels like that could be our last appearance for a while, as NE is going to be a changing organisation in this off-season. I feel both Patricia (thank goodness) and Josh McDaniels will depart for head coaching roles elsewhere, and we have a few players at the end of a contract who won't be renewed. A genuine chance next year for a more competitive AFC East, and hopefully AFC in general, as it always felt like a weaker conference this year.
I'm struggling to get any work done today, not because I'm tired, I'm still wired after the game!
Nick Foles put together a playoff run for the ages, imagine coming in as a backup and winning superbowl MVP, the stuff dreams are made of. How on earth did we win despite conceding over 600 yards? The fourth down conversions at the end of the first half for Foles TD was an incredible play and an absolutely amazing play call from Pederson. The defence made 1 play all game and did it at absolutely the best time!
What happened with Malcolm Butler, got to think he could have helped slow our offense down a little?
I'm not sure if it's possibly an emotional reaction to last night, the injuries he's endured in recent years, or a combination of both.
With CTE being well in focus just now, and him having suffered his 2nd concussion in 2 years, I dare say he'll be mindful (no pun intended, at all) of what that might mean later in life.
He's also had major surgery on his arm, his knee and his back in recent years.
I really hope he doesn't, but he's made a mint playing football and will be one of the most successful footballers of a generation.
Wouldn't surprise me if he does retire, a lot more football players are retiring earlier than expected. He's been in what 4 super bowls? He's got two rings, a ton of money and he'll probably be on tv a lot after he retires... But he'd be a huge miss for the team.

Certainly appears that Kirk Cousins is the Broncos top target but plenty of other teams will want him too.
Looks like he'll be in a position to demand a rather hefty pay check wherever he goes.
Without better protection it won't really matter who plays QB though, so the rest of the offense also clearly needs improvement.
Elway is going to be very busy trying to find the right players to bring in.
He already made the huge decision to keep Vance Joseph as head coach which was quite a surprise.
He (Joseph) really needs to step up after looking way out of his depth at times last season.
Both of them will be under massive pressure to turn things around quickly.
I'm not especially optimistic but we'll see what happens.
Matt Patricia announced as the new Lions head coach.
Had a good run in New England, but our defense has consistently been the worst part of our team.
Not sure he'll work out in Detroit, but I wish him well.
How about this as an epic fail... Mike Lombardi said this in August 2017 just before the start of the season... https://youtu.be/0D8eYo4_Js8
McDaniels stiffs the colts on the altar and stays at the pats as OC one more year lol [emoji38] he musta been promised the HC job in 2019 🤷🏻*♂️

Will be interesting to see what happens with Nick Foles surely He can't stay at Philadelphia as backup QB. After this.
Not sure how available he will be and what the cost could be but I would be more than happy if We traded a 3rd round pick for him but I cant see why that would even be considered by the Eagles.
We're not even sure if Wentz will be ready for the start of next season so unless we get a ridiculous offer I can't see us trading, we're not going to get much better a backup based on his last few games and it would allow us to avoid rushing Wentz back and potentially ruining him like the Redskins did to RG3.
Genuinely stunned McDaniels is staying in New England.
I suspect that he probably has been given some nod about succession to BB - it's the only thing I can think of!
I'm just pleased Patricia didn't turn around do similar. I'm truly glad to see the back of him.
What happens though if Foles goes 6-0 before Wentz is healthy? That's going to be a tough decision.
All good points. I think, if Foles kicks off the season in that kind of form, they’ll ease wentz back in gently, whilst looking to get Foles on a lucrative long deal, then trade Foles for a big haul of picks/players. As said, 2 qb’s wanting to start isn’t going to work, wentz’s age is the attractive factor (assuming he returns to full health). Foles will be hot property.
They could also, very quietly, engage with Foles to see which teams he’d want to go to, as a thanks for his efforts in getting to and winning the super bowl.
Pats trade an ageing Brady for a first round pick. Patriots trade that first round pick for Foles.
Foles marches New England to a Superbowl win against the Eagles next season :greengrin
It's unlikely any of the above happen, but if it does, this post is getting dragged up and I'll demand praise for having a wild imagination :greengrin
I’m watching coach snoop on Netflix good viewing

Not Football but who's the St. John's basketball fan on here? Ayrshire or bollah? They just took down (at 11-13) #1 Villanova at 22-1. Cracking game.
Jimmy Garoppolo signs record deal with 49ers highest paid QB that's some amount of money likes for a relatively unproven QB not saying it won't be a great deal mind you always thought he would head back to NE after Brady since he only signed a short deal..

Everything about this is amazing! :greengrin
**** I hate Sundays without football.
Colts may well have dodged a bullet with McDaniels. At Denver he was absolutely awful. Might have improved a bit now but horrendously bad in Denver.
I think you're correct, he’s likely to suffer the the usual ‘post legendary lol my term coach’ performance drop off that has happened elsewhere (Alex Ferguson, Phil Jackson, Brian clough, etc). He’s likely to have either no brady or ‘falling off a cliff’ Brady, which would probably be worse than no brady.
I have been looking at GB new DC now that's Capers is gone, that guy has a pretty decent record. If he can get the Defence being at least average then with Rodgers and the run game looking half decent there might be a play off run next year. Its all down to recruiting well enough in the off-season now.
You've got a bit of cap space to play with at least. We're projected to be $10m over the salary cap in 2018....
I'm hoping some of the SUPERBOWL CHAMPIONS decide to restructure their contracts and stay with the Eagles to try to make another run next season rather than having to try to trade some of them away. Although we really could do with strengthening the defence against the pass, we were shredded at times last season.
At least we could be **** together :greengrin. Makes a difference watching football knowing your ***** and your not gonna win much, if anything whilst your main rivals dominate. Would say it takes some getting used to but then you are UofM so should be used to it by now .
