The early ones were really interesting, where initially the nationalist communities welcomed the British Army's intervention helping them against the NI army. Seeing the wee old ladies taking cakes out to the forces with the benefit of hindsight knowing what was to happen later........
Some of the "unseen footage" was also fascinating. It was interesting to see that Loyalist Rally featuring a very young Sammy Wilson, then seeing him several decades later in the House of Commons being a prominent Unionist speaker as Brexit looms, as well as Martin McGuinness playing about with guns.
It seemed to be a pretty balanced account to me too, which must be difficult on such an emotive subject, especially considering how everyone thinks that the BBC is against them when it comes to Brexit.
