I'm gonna hope the NFL is lenient with Josh Gordon (eight game suspension??) and pick him up. Slim pickings left so might as well take a shot on this guy - especially with kickers and D being picked up around now!

I drove from my house to Oxford yesterday for a meeting - usually just go via Bracknell/Henley on Thames but it took 2 and a half hours owing to all the roadworks.

Elected to come back on the M40/M25 and from the M40 junction to junction 10 I was almost 3 hours!!!

If I had to do that every day I'd slaughter someone!

I was going to take a risk on him in a couple of rounds, had him and Megatron in my team last season after I drafted Gordon despite his 2 game suspension. I reckon the reason it is taking the NFL so long to announce his suspension is because they're looking for a way to reduce it so they don't look bad in the light of the Ray Rice punishment.

I have a feeling it might be announced today so didn't want to risk missing out. The fact that they never wanted to dialogue on a settlement after the hearing must mean that Gordon's team feel confident in him playing. Even half a season would mean he's a more than worthy pick at this stage. It's shocking that the league have taken so long to announce their decision.
