Would technically be "castle view", at least some of the time. That is if they stick it on the right side.

I think I read that Budge and Gray will have five or six weeks to come up with reconstruction proposals ........ five weeks? There’s surely a limit to the range of reconstruction formats but it shouldn’t take a lifetime to outline them. If that time span is correct, I reckon most of the time will be used by Budge to fight her corner by canvassing clubs, negotiation, bribery (), etc. I’m also not sure what Gray’s role will be in this process.
So let me get this right, Budge will right the wrongs attributed to the outcome of this vote? Therefore, that makes 35/42 teams wrong and the other 7 right but are now victims of the majority. Pathetic Budge!
time for us all to make a stand and rid Scottish football of these duplicitous farts!
So no declaring Celtic champions, no relegation, no clarity for ST sales, no distrib of prize money until Anne is ready ?? Meanwhile Sky will be sitting patiently waiting in the wings twiddling, waiting for Anne to bless us all with her wisdom ?
The SPFL have been shamed by Dundee. They’re not going to give Anne Budge the same platform and 5 weeks to do the same .
IMO the SPFL know exactly how this will play out and it’ll be wrapped up in 3 weeks max. Anne will have another hissy fit and the adults will move on.
The utter **** does Neilson look like in that chair on BBC Scotland just now. He looks like a cowboy in a random Graham Norton chair.
Old Pishy Breaks has had his say
http://www.deadlinenews.co.uk/2020/0...mpression=true
SPFL is a joke, but we all knew that and ignored. Reconstruction has been called for .. for decades but we all knew that and ignored. Heart of Midlothian FC has been cheating and deceiving for years, we all knew that and been ignored.
The day of reckoning has arrived so why don't you all just have a little bit of dignity. Shut the **** up. No one is listening anymore.
From the various comments on JKB it looks like they may be on to you and your time there may be ending soon.
Keep a low profile and just continue with “project reconstruction” they’ll never twig it’s really a smokescreen.
As a side note: Any chance you could award a further contract to your Bro to finish the mega dome? Go for a smaller amount. Say around £20 mill more to really add a final sparkle to the glass curtain etc.
If you find your cover blown just go for the liquidation option and end them. I know this would end years of entertainment for us but better that than you actually pull off a deal to save them.
Sleep well princess, keep counting the donations and always remember.... never give them the share certs.
Signing off now.

We should always pay great attention to his every word, this is the man who gave Vladimir Romanov such a glowing reference and introduction to tiny castle. Maybe he has another fit and proper person waiting in the wings?
Slaver of the highest order.

Budge on Radio 5 just now spouting nonsence as per usual - "Almost everyone has a problem relegating clubs!" and "We have spent a large amount of money on trying to prevent relegation" and a lot of bluster saying it`s no fair - walloper
Budge, as we know, is a self-important fool. She is fond of talking about how good a job she has done at Hearts and how others want to get advice from her.
Giving her responsibility for coming up with league reconstruction plans keeps her busy and stops her moaning about everyone else.
Any plan she comes up with is bound to be unworkable, but the SPFL can say that they have listened and tried to accommodate her.
Can someone enlighten me how she’s doing a good job? A stand that’s not finished, more than double the budget, FOH money that’s been wasted, & relying only benefactors to keep them afloat, and also the worst team in the league. A club with no bank debt and their fan base should be sitting comfortably in the top six, investing in young quality players instead of throwing big money at decent but not top class ones. She’s let Levein away with murder, & he’s still on the payroll.
I hope Hibs keep a dignified silence until it comes time to a vote rather than a running commentary. It is up to Budge to present something acceptable to the other clubs and until then Hibs should keep well out of it.
Hibs don’t need to be publicly proactive in pushing one argument or another to run the risk of Budge calling us obstructionist or compromised in the vote.
Take part in discussions, listen to ideas in meetings, offer ideas in meetings and ultimately make a decision. Other than that leave the media bull**** to others.
Budge is easily summed up by the way she walked round the pitch at the PBS when they won the championship. It was all about her not the players. History will judge her as harshly as Mad Vlad
If it’s about the good of Scottish football, what about not only the teams in the play off positions, but the ones pushing for one. What do you do about them? Just as good a chance off coming up as Hearts had of being safe. Only fair way to do it is finish as stands. EVERYONE knows it, but some don’t want to admit it.
:agree: Only so many times Budge can stamp her size 2s and squeam about life being unfair. The media will soon tier of that, given she's been handed the opportunity to fix it !
At some stage. Budge needs to start explaining the practicalities, fairness, rationale and commercial impact of reconstruction (for the whole game, not just Hearts). The SPFL and others don't need to say or do a thing. She will bury herself long before the time comes to vote.
[emoji16]
They're a similar orangey hue but honestly the comparison has to stop there for me.
Budge is only the fountain of knowledge on football and businessy type things in Scotland.
Trump knows everything about everything and frequently acts on this belief.

I do love the outrage over there:
"
Another thing that boils my xxxx is these diddy teams getting to vote on a team being expelled from the Premiership and costing them millions. It’s morally wrong (as is us voting on whether they call their league and get prize money, etc)."
It's morally wrong to steal from pensioners, but I don't see that being discussed over there.
And while I'm on, a big thank you to you all. This thread is keeping me sane during the lockdown.
Stay safe my friends. :aok:
I see the Hearts fans are fuming about all these teams who voted with self interest in mind.
Completely ignoring the fact that their vote was also entirely based on self interest and saving them from relegation.
I guess you could almost argue rangers voted for the greater good, albeit it only appears that way and really they voted to appease their fans in the vain hope Celtic didnt win the title
They can fume all they want but I know I’m finding this all very funny watching the try like made to avoid the inevitable!
What I’m looking forward to is all the effort put in by Budge and the vote to take about 90 seconds to decide.... NO

When Budge said she was disappointed and disillusioned did she mean disappointed and deluded?
Some just has to type - "But what else could Ann do" and the place just explodes - it`s hilarious
*tugs forelock in appreciation - actually, that sounded way better in my head lol
New code name “QAB” Queen Anne Budge.
QAB.....If you really, really, really have to finally send out share certs you absolutely must post them at The rate for full price postage for a super large package.
Remember to clearly mark the envelope: Top Secret- Burn before opening.
This should add to the level of general confusion that persists over in PBS land.
Also, accidentally forget to include certs.
The day after you post the envelopes send a further memo to all alleged shareholders. The general comment should be that due to a clerical error CL will be remaining on the clubs wage bill as his contract has been renewed with a new four year deal on improved terms as opposed terminated.
More instruction to follow.... keep collecting the donations and get the super stand extension fee/ finishing fee agreed with your brother ASAP
I take it the 007 is his IQ

Why does it matter it's all paid for, mostly by benefactors who have done coughed up because of Budge. most clubs are crippled for years paying back debt for a new stand/ stadium. We have a stand better than we can't afford for no debt.
Unless your Hibs who ripped off the bank..oops sorry ..meant come to an arrangement..then let the tax payer put millions towards it

Just the four banks made it onto Hearts very own creditors list of shame.
Mind you 2 of them got bumped for £22m.
Hibs did a commercial deal with our bank to actually give them money as the banks were keen to exit football as a risk due to their experiences with the likes of Hearts.

We paid the bank back in full. Farmer provided a £9.5 million loan to Hibs which went directly to the bank. This covered the principal of the loan plus the present value of future interest payments. Farmer turned £4.5 million of the loan into shares and the other £5 million into an interest free mortgage. Ron bought the shares and the outstanding mortgage which he turned into new shares.
http://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/news/5060
Bear in mind to, that Romanov wrote off/converted to shares £40 million of debt, not part of Hearts' final £30 million debt. These were loans from Ukio Bankas to UBIG, Romanov's investment vehicle, then on to Hearts. Romanov never paid the loans made to UBIG back to Ukio Bankas. This was part of the €300 million hole in Ukio Bankas's balance sheet that led to its' bankruptcy.
I believe you are right on both counts[emoji106]
Whatever the actual numbers no one can argue Hibs never paid their way with a deal that was an astute business decision that acceptable to both sides. A million miles removed from the way Hearts built up the major debts here then avoided paying their creditors.

Other unpaid “ debts “ of our Gorgie chums.
when Vlad took over Hearts were in hock to B of S for about £ 18 m. He transferred the debt to Ukio with a reduction of about £ 2 m.
Also, there was the £ 5/6 m convertible loan from Scottish Media Group which the lender decided not to convert . They eventually had to accept a fraction of their loan in repayment.
Absolutely love it when those thickos try and criticise Hibs for supposed financial improprieties. Just reminds us all what two-faced cheats they are.
Some people say ‘Yam’ is not an appropriate nickname. They might be right. Your average root vegetable is a lot smarter.
Keep digging, another 3 points in the statement league from Queen Ann.
Quote:
We would like to clarify our position on a comment made by Ann Budge during a broadcast interview that has, by some, been taken out of context.
“You shouldn't be awarded a title if you haven't played 38 games; you shouldn't be relegated if you haven't played 38 games, and all sorts of other things in between. Some rules were changed, others weren't."
Ann was speaking in reference to the SPFL rules, with the broader point being that it is unfair to change some rules and not others, and not expressing an opinion on whether or not clubs such as Dundee Utd, and Celtic if the Premiership is called, will be deserving winners of their titles, which some articles suggest.
The Club's position has always been one of “promotions but no relegations” on the grounds that there should be no losers in this situation if the season cannot be finished.
Prior to bank deal we owed bank £6,2 million and holding company £3 million. Farmer paid off bank debt plus interest with loan to Hibs - £6,5 million. We owed holding company £9.5 (6,5 + 3)million now. Holding company converted £4.5 million of loans into shares. Remaining £5 million turned into a interest free mortgage repaid at £500,000 a year. There was no write off of the bank debt. Farmer took a hit converting £4.5 million of holding company's loan to shares.
I am 99.9% sure the bank debt was £6.2 million which we both agree on. I am sure STF made a deal and paid £4.8 million back, which was then repaid at £40k a month for 10 years.
I think the holding company debt was converted to shares. Def had a deal from the bank but I deal in the commercial world daily and several banks were doing deals to get out of certain sectors. It’s a perfect solution to both parties especially if there is a will on both sides.
Who gives a monkey's about how it was paid back, the long and the short is that the deals been done , the puddle drinkers will never understand no matter what or how it was paid back, they are just all spewing that there so called big club is again up ****creek and trying to find a way to wriggle out of relegation, make no mistake if it was any other club at the bottom they wouldn't give a second thought to league reconstruction, let's Just sit back and see what happens
Budge is beginning to sound more and more like Romanov after each embarrassing interview
Yes, do keep up.
Budge explained that Hearts spent a lot of money this season to try and avoid the drop. The fact that they were 4 points adrift in 12th place when th season was suspended is apparently immaterial... I think the logic is that, as a big and famous club, Hearts should not be ‘punished’ by relegation.
I can’t believe she doesn’t realise how stupid that logic sounds to everybody that isn’t a hearts fan.
“We tried to buy our way out of trouble by spending money we don’t have and still managed to make an absolute arse of it over an 18 month period where we were the worst team in the league. As such, we should be REWARDED for our quite incredible failings.”
They're right to demand all these things, nothing out of the ordinary should apply, season's ended slightly early through no one's fault so let's just do what has been done for many decades.
You don't even need to set up any wee groups to shoot the breeze about how tough things are for Hearts.
Award the top team the title and relegate the bottom team, they're certainly there on merit this season. Sporting integrity.

Has anybody seen the Q and A on the BBC Scotland website? The Q and A between Budge and Tom English I meant. I don't know if it really qualifies as a question and answer session, he seems to agree with virtually everything she says. I know this might be controversial but I've got more respect for her than I do for him. She said she'd seen no evidence of bullying. English has turned into a really loathsome creature, he gets free coverage to air his biased views and gets no comeback.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/52338285
If you can be bothered wading through it all, English doesn't half let her off easy here.
She 'genuinely can't remember' which club got a loan despite being one of those who approved it?! You'd assume a journalist would respond that it's hard to take such a claim seriously without corroboration and would ask the SPFL to confirm or deny this. Yet he just accepts it as fact. Imagine Doncaster getting asked such a question and responding with 'Um, I can't actually remember'. He be rightly laughed at - or his senility called into question.
Also, her claim that 'other clubs have likened an internal review to marking their own homework'. 'Other clubs' have not said this, just Steven Gerrard.
And I don't even understand that stuff about the 'Sorry Ann' message...
English is clearly Budge's 'preferred choice' of journo due to his largely sycophantic behaviour towards her. He portrays her as some sort of 'Grande Dame' of Scottish football and just airbrushes over her many mistakes and non-sensical utterances.
Jeez, can you imagine any other club reading through that interview and thinking 'yep, she's convinced me she has a great case for reconstruction'?! There's nothing, nothing at all, within what she says that qualifies as a valid argument for that. She doesn't want Hearts relegated, that's all the bluster amounts to.
Does he ask her if it’s unfair for clubs to go down, is it unfair for clubs not to come up? Would she be as vocal if Hearts weren’t bottom? Would she be lobbying for reconstruction? Does she agree they’re the worst team in the league by a distance? Have you been spending money on contracts you can’t afford? Etc,etc..
No he won’t, but that should be getting asked as a journalist!!
Just as a wee aside, i wonder if many of the Hearts players have a clause in their contracts which means they are able to leave if the club was relegated. This might benefit Hearts as they will have to live within their means next season Ha ! but they might struggle to put a competitive team on the field, shame.
Well, some ads are clearly a waste of money. Like this one I just saw on Kickback.Attachment 23204
We should play the Scottish cup games.,
I think most quite welcomed Tom English when he appeared on the scene at Sportsound as he was a different voice to some of the tired old faces, but for me it was when he started to do more of the rugby on the BBC it became clear that he genuinely was a real aficionado of the sport and a very knowledgeable commentator, but when you then contrasted that with the depth of his football analysis it feel way short of the quality that he can offer on rugby union.
Correct me if I’m wrong but Budge insists they spent big to avoid relegation. I suspect they spent big to buy success. It all depends on the way you spin it. Same result, alas, ............ gross failure.
