Are we really going to have to watch draft Kings adverts every 2 mins?
They're a nightmare, I've already taken a real dislike to one of the guys in the advert and I'm hoping he gets smacked in the face during one of them :greengrin
Up there with the Dominos "two for Tuesday" ads they used to run, why run an ad for Tuesday's on a Sunday?!!! I mean wtf?!!
What a play! 98 yard TD to Cooks. Who Dat!
Tough game but well earned win, I think the jags will surprise a few this year.
Im doing a fantasy league on NFL UK website and accidentally drafted the Jets Defence when there were much better options available.
After the draft i had a look at what defences were available and traded the jets for the redskins.
Then last week someone dropped the Vikings from thier line-up and i snapped them up........only i forgot to substitute them in for the redskins in my line up for today and they scored 21 points
I've also got Cam Newton as my QB1 and he scored a decent 21.16 points.......my QB2 is Jameis Winston who scored 25.54 and he was sitting on the bench.
Giants. 1-0.

Football!
Tom who?
Jimmy G played well last night but no mistake, we were lucky. That low snap was a huge bit of luck on our part.
Still, I thought we looked solid in what was a tough road game, especially without Brady, Ninkovich and Gronkowski. Defensively, we didn't look fragile at all, even though Fitzgerald seemed to find some great routes/space.
I've just watched the highlights, I've got no reason to change my prediction of the cards for the Super Bowl. Johnson, Fitzgerald and Palmer all looked explosive, although I was surprised how many tackles their much vaunted D missed. Honey Badger due back in a few weeks will add some power to their defensive backfield too.
Just a strong team all over the field. You must be cheesin you beat them :greengrin
I also liked the look of Alex Smith and the Chiefs. another dark horse?
The Rams - that's some 7-9 BS! (those who watched Hard Knocks will get that)
There's a good game on between Old Miss and Alabama if anyone is interested.
3rd string QB and we still win.
Looks like Jimmy G is out for 6 weeks!
Was really pleased we got the win as he was absolutely lighting Miami up - he looked phenomenal and a definite future replacement for Brady when he retires. He looked so comfortable, stepped out of the pocket well and his passing is laser guided!
Was such an unnecessary tackle that hurt him - ball was well gone when he was hit!
Saints manage to get beat withtout the D even giving up a TD.
Once we start playing good teams this year i really fear for us.
Disappointing loss last night, the vikings are a good team but without Bridgewater and AP being rubbish I expected more.
Really pleased with the Broncos being 2-0 after plying Carolina and Indi! Impressed with Trev at QB
:faf:
Just, wow...
3rd string rookie QB and he looked like a seasoned pro! Composed in the pocket, runs the option brilliantly and has a great looking arm!
Great defense/special teams performance too. What a great night!
How on earth did the pats win 27-0 with a 3rd string QB?
A bit nervy at the end but a wins a win going into the bye week.
What about that Eagles QB, that guy looks good!
Lost all hope for this season. Wasting the end of Drews career.
Not a great start from the Bengals due to poor offensive execution and dodgy refereeing calls.
On the road at Miami tomorrow so hopefully can kick start the season.
I've always defended Ryan Tannehill. He has had zero protection in the last 2/3 years and takes some big hits but generally just gets up and gets on with it. I'm sure he holds the league record for most times sacked.
It's becoming harder to do though. In Landry, Stills and Parker he has a very good receiving corps (although I doubt Landry will hang about when he gets the 1st chance to go). Increasingly even when he has protection he is hesitant and his decision making is questionable. Some of the audibles he has called thus far this season have been strange to say the least and I question his ability to read a defence.
I think the Tannehill experiment is over for Miami and I'd be tempted to shuffle the roster and bring Doughty in from the practice squad to play a few and see how he does.
His yards per completion is one of the lowest in the league as well, he's a percentage player who dumps off short passes a lot and therefore he doesn't throw many INTs (although this may also be a result of pass rush in his face as you rightly say), but in a pass happy league with all the rule changes making it more so, he's not really a franchise guy. His times up surely.
Colts and Jags not exactly serving up a classic thus far at Wembley.
Not a surprise, Wembley games can be like that if the games gone a bit flat. It's a great day out but unless it's your team it's a bit like watching a friendly.
I've been to a few games but because the crowd is so split it's not going to create much atmosphere.
Rex Ryan!
A win! A WIN! :partyhibb:woohoo:
Saints actually won after being behind by 13 with 5 to play.
Chargers Fumble, Saints TD, Charger Fumble, Saint TD, Interception.
The second fumble the Charger wasent even touched. He just lets go of the ball.
Was impressed with Paxton Lynch last night for Denver. Throws the ball with real zing and moves very quick for such a big lad. Very athletic. Needs to work on his long throw accuracy though.
That's true and they're probably the poorest team we will play all season.
Comfortable win but poor 3rd down and RedZone execution will cost us against better teams (see Steelers and Broncos.)
Eifert coming back this week should help on a long week. Dallas looking good with Elliot picking up and Prescott more than holding his own.
Bold prediction time: We'll lose in Cleveland tonight.
Another defeat for the Jets and we are in Arizona next week. Said it before but our schedule this year is atrocious. Proper Tom Kite IMO.
Eagles cost me my NFL coupon with that fumble at the end. Even had taken a few handicap bets on it and it was all in until they did that.
8 first downs for only 200 yards yesterday, 13 minutes less time in possession than the Titans and 1 touchdown on offence. Tannehill has now thrown 7 interceptions to 6 TD passes this season. Yet Gase says post game he isn't going to accept anyone questioning Tannehill and he will play every game he is fit for. Obviously the problems run deeper than one man but a QB on the kind of contract Tannehill is on needs to be producing more.
I've said before and I'll say again we are the worst team in the league. A 1-15 or 2-14 record wouldn't suprise me one bit.
Nice to see the Panthers lose again last night. Really cant stand them.
Falcons seem to be running away with the NFC South.
Not sure who these imposters are in aqua and white tonight but they almost resemble a football team.
Welcome back Mr Gronkowski!
So............ The Packers are *****. Rodgers looks like a deer in the headlights, receivers are dropping everything and our good run defence got ran over
The Jets suck.
Not even in a jokey "I'm a patriots fan so must say that way". They truly suck.
Flying down to South to go to Twickenham on Sunday. Should be a good game. Anyone else here going down?
Every prime time game this season has sucked.
Marshmallow Hoyer was my backup QB this week, as Cam Newton is on his bye week...
1.96 points after breaking his arm.
Anyone got Jay Ajayi in their fantasy team? Looks in the mood today.
Those Dolphins shirts are nice
a very nice play on that drive by the much maligned Tannehill.
Vikings losing their perfect record today.
My ESPN must be broken. It says the Jets are winning.
A fit offensive line has made a huge difference the last couple of weeks. Tunsil has been superb today.
We pounded the Steelers last night without the points to really reflect it! Bit ineffective at times!
Next week is a big week for us - after the 16-0 home loss, here's hoping for some revenge on the road in Buffalo!
Jets erm..............Win
The Texans are paying Brock $72m? Holy **** I must be worth a couple million
You've been waiting on that wee smiley greengrin for a long time. Some dodgy calls all round, no excuses though, our luck just finally ran out. Still, should never have been in that position.
Roll on the 26th November and we will see who is grinning :greengrin:greengrin:greengrin.
Delighted that Miami are going to be in London again next year, home game v the Saints.
26th win over buffalo for the GOAT. Ripping up the stats as well!
Great win yesterday v the seahawks. Surprised we kept Jimmy so Quiet.
Also getting to see my saints at wembley next year. Brilliant.
I just hope it's a good game. I've been to 2 of the 3 Miami games here and they have both been awful. A defeat to the Giants in our 1-15 season and a loss to the Jets last year. We've lookee a different team the last 2 weeks so hopefully it's sign of an upward spiral starting (not before time if it is).
