I can’t make my mind up. I am a huge AJ fan and want him to unify the division. I hate fury and all the crap he’s spouted. I hate his style too, it’s not entertaining. But if he’s at his very best, would his speed and footwork frustrate AJ? Very possibly. I’d love AJ to put him on the canvas within a round or 2, but my worry is, fury would take it on points.

AJ has a media trained personality and is an ex drug dealing black supremacist. Fury just talks **** for a laugh. Don't understand why people like AJ over Fury. Fury made a jokey comments about Zionist Jews and some about women and is labelled a sexist and a racist because of it but AJ gets away with murder due to being the media darling and the main face of the Sky/matchroom cash machine. AJ has got away with comments he has made about the superior black race and other stuff brushed under the carpet by the hype machine. Give me Fury over that big stiff racist fake idiot AJ any day of the week. Fury's antics are comedy gold imo. Each to their own though, mate.
It's the double standards that I have issue with not so much the comments. If Fury had made comments about the superior white race the press would slaughter him. AJ recently got a bit of stick for a sexist comment he made about his niece. If it was Fury spewing out that stuff the press would have went in hard on him. Being a Muslim AJ has some ****ed up beliefs btw. As for Fury's comments being 100% not joking, well he's got interviews where he states it's all just a big joke to get the fans interested. I believe him but if you don't then that's up to you. To me Fury's comments are tongue in cheek while AJ's are definitely his beliefs.
Fury is the man imo and I can't wait for his return.
Ifl tv is great.better interviews than all big media outlets.
Just read that lomachenko V Linares has been made, really hope that's true
I dont think Loma v Linares will be all that competitive. Linares went life and death with Kevin Mitchell and Lomachenko is arguably number 1 pound for pound at the moment.
If Linares wins more than a couple of rounds i'd be surprised.
I feel sorry for anyone that has to fight lomachenko, he’s one of the greatest of all time.
Joe Joyce stopped his opponent last night in first round, the yank was 6'10" and full of flab some size of a unit!
Steve Simmons succumbed to a body shot in second round.
Looking forward to tonight's boxing, the manin 3 fights couldn't be good, really looking forward to seeing Ritson again and seeing how he does against Cardle who is good but blows hot and cold, hope Whyte wins as I'd love to see him v Wilder for the build up alone
Strange tactics from Cardle. He’ll never keep this pace up. In fact that’s it all over.
Ritson looks an animal and will never be in a boring fight
Boom what a minute of boxing that was, well done Johnson
Now time for the main event. Whyte to win after Browne starts gassing for me.
Browne is the slowest fighter I’ve ever seen.
Hope Browne is ok, that was a brutal one
I actually thought Browne might be dead for a few seconds there. Hopefully he's ok.
It made for very uncomfortable viewing.
My thoughts too, went down so heavily I feared for his safety. They talked about how well the British boxing board deal with safety and care of the fighters, yet I question wether he should have been allowed in there in the first place. Was in no shape at all for a fight at that level.
Yep he just slumped onto the floor face down and lay motionless for around 30 seconds, I genuinely thought he was gone.
I know very little about the rules of boxing but if he wasn't going to be prevented from fighting in the first place, I think he should have been stopped after about 3 or 4 rounds. He was badly injured and could barely defend himself from further punches.
I might be wrong and perhaps someone with more boxing knowledge will put me right but I thought that fights should be stopped when a boxer is struggling to defend themselves and I thought that was quite clear last night from quite early on.
At the start of the fight the referee tells both fighters to defend themselves at all times. Browne was just walking onto punch after punch. I hate to see fights being stopped too quickly, but Browne was putting himself in real danger last night, by being so unfit and not trying to defend himself. I’ve seen really quick fighters adopt that style, and use speed to slip punches, but I’ve never seen someone as slow as Browne do it.
Just watching it now, how is this guy a professional??
It was a real mis-match.
I think Hearne is a total cowboy, there have been Tom's of fights over the last few years where his promising fighters have been chucked in against no marks, usually with some spurious record behind them, who are little more than cannon fodder when it comes to fight night.
That guy was in no shape to fight at the level, but by going him up and letting Whyte do some serious damage to him, Hearne has hyped up his fighter and the circus goes on.
Believe it or not he is a former world champion.
His age and inactivity were clear to see in that fight but he is an ex world champion (albeit won in murky circumstances) and was unbeaten in 25 fights with 22 knockouts so it was certainly a decent fight on paper.
Decent undercard for the Joshua Parker fight this weekend.

Alvarez GGG rematch looks snookered then!
Connor Benn takes another step forward tonight. I still have my doubts about how far he can go, but like his dad he’s good to watch.
I love watching Tommy Coyle. I’d love to see him win a title. He will probably come up just short tonight again though.
Good round from coyle
10-8 round for Coyle, he was losing that round before the knockdown.
Go on Tommy, finally he’s a champion. Great stuff, it shows how many good match ups there are in the domestic game.
Good fight that, Dodd has done well for himself for someone with limited ability bit Coyle was just too good
Enjoyed the fights so far tonight - am intrigued to see how Khan gets on now
Wow!
Really is a shame that Khan has a glass chin as he's the fastest hands I've seen
Ok not too bad ☺ Hand speed is still there - needs a step up in class of opponent now
I went for a piss and missed the whole fight :greengrin
Good win from Khan but he wasn't up against much. Be interesting to see what he comes up with against a more live opponent.
Well done Amir, always exciting to watch and not afraid to take on anyone.
Khan Brook would be good, id edge towards Brook as he is the more solid fighter but that speed is unreal from Khan
A fight v Kell Brook should be the aim for Khan in 12 months or so
Carl Frampton up next on BT sports.
Good fight so far this, Frampton was definitely rocked in that last round
Frampton looked pretty good he was up against a tough durable opponent - wasn't a classic though
Brutal liver punch from Lomachenko.
Imagine being a 3 weight world champion after 12 fights, Lomachenko is possibly the best boxer I've ever seen
Warrington V Selby this weekend. Think Selby will be too good for him.
Certainly is, although I love all Loma I think he needs to stop at 135, as well as he performed against Linares who I also really rate, the size different was starting to show, 140 might be a step too far even for him, I think he might go Beltran next then Garcia
Great fight between Warrington and Selby.
Selby won that round.
This is brutal stuff. Two brave fighters.
Split decision is a bit of a joke.
Based on tonight, Frampton v Warrington will be a cracker

Cracking fight that, thought Selby was beatable after watching his last few. Warrington deserves all the credit even taking away the two accidental cuts he was superb. His jab against the longer reach of Selby’s in particular. Great hand speed & a worthy champ.
Well done son 👏
Ps split decision judge must’ve been on the sauce.
Did anybody catch the Adonis Stevenson and Badou Jack fight. What a cracker . Looked like both were in big trouble during the fight but found a way to keep going. Given the Majority draw decision I hope there will be a rematch later in the year.
Selby clearly struggling at that weight but did well to make 4 defences of that title. He's going to move up now so let see how he gets on.
Cannot believe that was a split decision!!!
Taking of splits anyone see that lads lip on the undercard!!
Looks like wilder has agreed to come to UK to fight joshua later in the year.
Hope people are watching Belotti Doyle, what a tear up
Whyte v Parker announced for 28 July. I really feel Parker has to win this or it’s a long way back for him.
Fury and Seferi have spent 2 rounds dancing and joking with the crowd and then halfway through the 2nd round all hell breaks loose amongst the crowd with a paggering on going.
Fury stops to watch and Seferi doesn't know what to do, surreal .
Scrap in the crowd been better than the fight
Is this what boxing is being reduced too, farce after farce. Absolute comedy act.
Seferi decides to retire at the end of the 4th round, nothing wrong with him, what a joke.
Pretty low key stuff but I didn't expect much else. It was a fight to get back in the ring and get the initial hype out the way.
Fury has never really been about 'looking good'. He's all about tidy footwork, ringcraft and a boxing brain rather than the big flashy shots that earn headlines. It's hard to really take anything from last night but in my mind the Fury that totally baffled Kiltschko is a dangerous fight for Joshua and Wilder; whether he is still that fighter is the real question.
