No way we’ll ditch the back three IMO. We do need to be prepared to be flexible at times I think, or teams will figure out ways to counter it. With the players we have we should be able to flip at certain points in games without too much of an issue.Quote:

For Triantis, yes he could go to another Championship club but he won't get the chance to play in Europe if he does that, as it stands he's got the chance to sign for us and play 4 European games as a minimum.
I think if all parties are willing we could come to an acceptable agreement for Nectar to come back to Hibs, Sunderland to get a decent sell on fee and Nectar to showcase his talents and follow the John McGinn route to the EPL. Sunderland are already in the EPL, but they are going to have to bring in better players than Nectar to stay there. As good as he's been this season there's no way he's starting PL 11 quality yet.
Nectar has another couple years on his deal at Sunderland? They could just decide to loan him out again.
One more year to develop as a midfielder and possibly play for them when they likely go back down next term.
