That decision has already been made I think. The media decides who the British Prime Minister is, they have a timetable in mind, they’ve had these photos for a year, they’ve chosen their moment. They do what they need to do to protect their interests as billionaires. Its quite depressing when you think about it.

Who knows? But that footage hasn’t just been stumbled upon accidentally now and released in a spirit of speaking truth to power. If the establishment wanted Boris to stay on that footage would have never have come to light.

Couldn't it just be a staffer pissed off at Johnson for being blamed? After Johnson made his pitifully self-serving defence at PMQs, Robinson on R4 commented that bad things happen to bosses who don't stick up for their staff...
