Disagree that the Tory leadership comes out of that interview badly. The Burley-Hancock show is perfect for it. A big manufactured fuss about a foreign ***hole who is never going to be appointed anyway deflects, as does the even bigger manufactured fuss about the words in a song which nobody knows, very nicely from whatever it is that the genius Cummings is actually getting up to in the background.
