Can we not do an online draft with no time limit (essentially tracking the players pick). The most painful part of the process is working out who is all available, and the spreadsheet while better than nothing was still not ideal...

Think it's been put on the backburner for a couple of weeks, it's still up in the air about how we are going to draft

There's no way we should do an offline draft without a time limit, it'd descend into a farce. Otherwise I'm easy however we do it.

I think Yahoo might have that option (I know right, they still exist‽) or maybe it’s ESPN.

I do like the NFL interface though.

I use fantasypros to track picks, and they allow you to set up a private mock draft with up to 24hours per pick. We could do that and then transfer all the picks to NFL.com for the league?

I've never tried it before, but it could be worth a try, I'm happy to set it up and invite everyone if you want to try it out?

If folks want to try it out I've set it up on fantasy pros with 12 hours per pick. Click the link to register for it. You might need to register a free account to sign up, but that should be all. Once everyone is in I'll sort out the draft order and we can set an agreed start time for it.

Signed up, but I can't see this being a great season for me now.

I typically do a lot of my team sorting etc using the NFL Fantasy App so this is going to require a bit of effort (which will be hard when I'm out in California for a large part of the season).

We're just doing the draft on this and then the commissioner will transfer the teams to NFL.com for the season so we'll still be using that for running the league. This should just make it easier for people to track who's been picked and avoid all the confusion picking on the thread sometimes causes.

Yeah, some scores are really low for WR2s or WR3s so would help boost them a little.

If I remember right I just followed the link https://dw.fantasypros.com/w/kO0lnDUH created a new account which needs a username, email address and a password... That should be you onto the draft order then just register your username against whatever slot you are in the draft

I think lugz would need to move himself to 13, then Calvin and nellio could move up, then lugz move back to 7. If that could all be done before NOLA gets registered it should work! Bit awkward, I thought I'd be able to move people around but it appears not.

It will be the usual snake draft, 12 hours time limit on picks including 1st round. Clock starts once Brythehibee makes his first pick..... Happy with that?

I'll update the WhatsApp group to give a heads up for anybody that hasn't checked on this thread the last couple of days.

You get a point for just catching the ball, so slot receivers and running backs who catch out the back field get a few more points. It's to help receivers catch up to running backs when it comes to scoring potential. Let me know if there are any more questions, tried to explain it as simple as I can but may not make sense!
