Agree its difficult, but City built slowly and Villa have been doing the same. 3rd or 4th richest owners in the league, plenty leeway with FFP due to brilliant sign and sell policy, think people will be very surprised as to just how far they will go. New stadium expansion, recently bought Vitoria in Portugal and starting an MLS franchise as well.
