A few have chosen to work for free I'm told, the reasoning being if the club survives they'll get their old job back. If it doesn't, they're jobless anyway.

Fair play, these folk who lose their jobs over that clown who was in charge is a shame. I know a girl who works in the ticket office. Hope she gets something soon or back with them if they do get new buyers. It's all banter but I don't really find anything funny about folk losing jobs. Seen the stress it causes and it's hard.

Sitting on the 22 bus now and there's a (badly dressed(poor shades)) geezer discussing the lack of FOH's ability to collect pledges from overseas. He sounds very officious and looks like he's written a decent agenda or two in his time. Sounds like they want to start bringing in money now. If this is the calibre of FOH, they're f'd.

2 senior and 2 youth to go.

3000 seasons would keep doors open for 3 months.

Gave impression the sale of tickets would only allow tickets to honoured for that 3 month period. Didn't say they would be honoured for whole season.

Cannae be that bleak. Hardly swingeing cuts. Most lubs will release that amount of players or more on a yearly basis.
