I'd disagree with you there mate while both are bad for me the Huns are on another scale compared to Celtic . They couldn't even show abit of respect ( twice ) at the passing of Ron Gordon. If there was a award for most horrible club and fans in football they'd win it easily . There's only two teams that can win the league and I'd much rather see Celtic winning than them . Beating both is sweet though I do enjoy it a little bit more when it's the Huns tbh :greengrin
I think the next Celtic manager could well be on a shoogly peg.
Tough act to follow and any moment that Rangers get their noses in front will be honeymoon over.
Beale is no mug either. Depends how he recruits.
Pendulum has swung toward the middle.
Glad to see Ange gone seemed to be a very astute knowledgeable guy who could easily have gone on to do a Jock Stein
He has more than proved himself and Scotland held no further challenges for him
Wish him every success hope he takes that dangerous diving wee bassa with him and hope Celtic appoint a tumshie

The guy Maresca who is the bookies favourite has a good agent. He had a disaster in his only managerial job yet he’s being heavily linked with the Celtic and Southampton jobs. Not sure what it is that I’m missing but why would he possibly get another crack at such a big job?
Being a good assistant isn’t enough surely.
All Is Barry saying that Naismith is to be appointed at Hearts
A weak appointment IMO
Personal view, but if he is still in post after March 2024 (following whenever their Scottish Cup exit is next season) I'll be surprised.

Is Pep the GOAT manager? Think he’s the first manager to do the treble with two different clubs?
It’s difficult to define rules to measure against. What Clough did at Forrest, for example, puts him up there despite far fewer trophies. There’s also the argument Guardiola has only managed 3 of the biggest clubs in the world and had an open cheque book each time. Although I’m not sure that should be held against him as I think Man U have spent more money during Guardiola’s time at City so money doesn’t guarantee anything.
Does Pep and his success (which isn’t slowing down) and the way he has influenced the way teams play football the last 10 or 15 years make him the GOAT?
What are the metrics that differentiate? Number of trophies? Trophies won with small clubs? Impact on how football is played? Etc
As an aside. Fodden, at 23, has won 5 premier leagues. 2 FA Cups. 4 League Cups. 2 Community Shields. 1 Champions League. Frightening.
Ancelotti must be up there as GOAT owns the Champions League
Won the Champions League as a player (2) and Manager (4)
Won the five major leagues in Europe as Manager
Brazil sniffing about Madrid told them he is going nowhere
